safe car parkfriendly staffrefreshing garden
the car park provided a safe space for vehicles away from the main road i found the staff friendly and accommodating even during a heatwave the gardens were refreshing offering a good escape
ventilation was limited in some areas causing some discomfort during warmer periods

The room seemed a bit worn. The carpets needed vacuuming, and breakfast lacked fresh fruit. also, the water wasn't hot enough for tea. It's not a disaster, but certainly not ideal.
